really easy process, found something to relate to with my interviewer and was a frequent customer at my establishment so that helped with my knowledge. We actually went to the same school and he knew one of my teachers so we discussed that.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
