Literally just told me about the job, said i was nice, and asked my favorite movie and got the job. They called before hand to schedule and we’re pretty flexible on the timing. Gave a book of rules before the interview too.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
