Interview
I got a call from one of the managers to come in for an interview the following day after I had applied online two days prior. The interview was about 20-30 minutes long, semi-casual, and very straightforward. I was interviewed by the manager and GM, and they both asked very basic questions like, "How will the company benefit by hiring you?" At the end of the interview, I was given a couple reference check forms, which I brought back two days later. I got a call the following day saying I was hired and to come in for orientation and training that Friday. I've been working at Regal Cinemas for about two weeks now, and I am very happy with it. All in all, I had an excellent interview experience with Regal.

pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.

Interview
Scheduled the interview over the phone for a couple days out. Came in, got taken to the back for about 15 minutes, and told they'd call mr back in the next couple days.
