Misleading-was clear with hiring manager about type of position I was interested in, and they proceeded to offer a lower level position. Also backtracked on agreement about remote work. I declined.

Interview
After passing the initial phone screen & interview with the contracting company, a final interview was arranged with client (Regeneron) representatives. One of the client interviewers seemed very thoughtful and approachable. Unfortunately, the senior interviewer was condescending and gave the impression that contractors were not respected. To me, that was a red flag.
