Interview
I applied in April and was contacted by Regeneron in June. First I had a 10 minute phone screening with someone from HR. He asked basic questions about me and confirmed that the information on my resume was accurate. Next I had a 30 minute online interview with the hiring manager where we went over my resume in detail. He also asked some technical questions. At the end of the interview, he said that he'd like me to come in for an in-person interview.
Regeneron booked and paid for my hotel and transportation. I met with 9 sets of people (mostly 1-on-1 but a few small groups) ranging from research associates to scientists to department managers. They asked lots of questions about my resume/experience, some technical questions, and some behavioral/situational questions. Since you meet with so many different people, a lot of the questions repeat (I'll list some of them below). The hiring manager asked some open-ended technical questions that were challenging, but other than that, the questions weren't too bad. What was really challenging about the interview was the structure/length. It went from 9:00 to 2:30, basically non-stop. They did give me an hour for lunch (which they provided), but I was still being interviewed while I was eating, so it wasn't much of a break. It was a long day. On the plus side, everyone I met with was friendly and I had lots of opportunities to ask questions. I felt like I got a good idea of what the position would involve and whether I'd like it. At the end of the day, HR said that they'd be interviewing a few more people and would get back to me in the near future with a decision. They called me about 2 weeks later and said that I was a good fit for the position, but they'd found another candidate with more experience that they wanted to move forward with.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regeneron in Oct 2023

Interview
The company was not able to sponsor me. But, the process was smooth, and it seemed reasonable. They were also pretty quick in getting back to me. I would definitely suggest you all apply. It would be a great opportunity.
