Conversational style interview, open to hearing about the candidate and allowed plenty of time for questions. Began by describing the position, asked about candidate past experience and problem solving strategies.

Tell us about your previous experiences within the biotech space.
First screened through a recruiter who was very enthusiastic about the company. She warned that the interview process was very long as they try to find the best fit for each role. Had a hiring manager interview two weeks later with a mix of questions about my research and technical questions. Never heard back from anyone following that interview.

Had a phone call with the hiring manager. They explained their project requirements and asked about my skills fit and past projects. The interview went on for 45 minutes. They never got back to me, I had to contact recruiting person, and they said that they are looking to fill immediately so would not be able to go with my candidacy
