First was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Second was an all-day interview (full 8 hr day) in which I met with both individuals and groups. There was a long gap between those interviews and overall the process took 2 months from first interview to offer. Once I received an offer, there was a rush to the start date and their HR tried to pressure me to give less than 2 weeks notice. I pushed back on that as I found it ridiculous.
