The process consists of a one way hireview with basic behavioral questions then interview with manager which was very informal and relaxed
Overall easy process and not stressful at all. Would recommend
Super easy - had a hirevue and then spoke with a manager before receiving an offer. Asked basic questions like a time when I learned something new, my manager was super conversational as well

Interview
There were two panellists from the department I was interviewing for. The interview lasted 30 minutes. Mostly behavioural based questions. Some questions involved ranking my values. I received their decision two days after the interview.
had a video interview, HR interview then interview with the scientist i worked with, pretty casual and conversational. generally talked about research interests in their team and then how my experience aligned with that.
