Applied beginning of August. Received notice for phone interview at the end of August. Phone interview beginning of September. Asked questions like what interested you in the position, what salary you are looking for, how to deal with clients, how to influence someone. 2 weeks after, got email back that I got an in person interview. The in person interview was one of the hardest I have ever done because of how technical it was, even though the job only required 1 year of experience. I was interviewed by 2 managers, really friendly people. No eye contact during interview because they had a booklet of like 10 questions they had to ask and write your answers down for.
