I applied Saturday online. Recruiter called Monday for a phone interview. Then set me up for a in person interview with the branch manager for that Wednesday. Asked the normal interview questions. Then regional manager stepped in to ask basically some of the same questions. I was offer the job on the spot. Received my offer letter the next day. Start date was 2 weeks after so I could give my current job the proper notice.

They tell you in the interview "we dont hire managers outsourced, we only promote within". They have several assisant manager positions posted this specific one posted for over 30 days and they wont hire anyone. Its a waste of time.
very straight forward and easy process, the recruiter scheduled a date to come in person interview to be interviewed with branch manager and was very laid back and had not problem with it at all.

Nice and easy they were very kind and made me feel comfortable . Interviewer was funny and down to earth. I enjoyed it. Would definitely rethis company to anyone searching foe a job
