Very standard process, typical business questions to see if you’re a good fit. Goes thru over the phone interview then in person interview. The questions they ask almost every job has asked before, it’s not really a challenge when you are getting interviewed.

They tell you in the interview "we dont hire managers outsourced, we only promote within". They have several assisant manager positions posted this specific one posted for over 30 days and they wont hire anyone. Its a waste of time.
very straight forward and easy process, the recruiter scheduled a date to come in person interview to be interviewed with branch manager and was very laid back and had not problem with it at all.

Nice and easy they were very kind and made me feel comfortable . Interviewer was funny and down to earth. I enjoyed it. Would definitely rethis company to anyone searching foe a job
