Interview
Very Easy However they will promise you bonuses and have difficulties getting them. Never informed that you will have to clock in and out even though you are on salary. If you work more than 40 hours a week you will not get paid for over time and if you work less than 40 hours you will have to use your vacation time.
Real life scenarios that involve customer service, financial sales process, and financial wellbeing. Asking questions to understand how you would handle different situations. Some of the questions revolve around strengths and weaknesses.
