First interview over the phone, just walking through your resume. Second interview via Webex. I met with 2 commercial banking managers, one in treasury management and another in commercial lending. Those questions were pretty behavioral, but there was couple of technical like "What do you know about commercial banking?" Or "What type of loans do we offer?" The final interviews was a Superday where you met with 5 managers over the course of 3 hours. Each manager differed about questions. I got asked a lot about financial statements, working capital, and financial ratios by one manager, but the rest of the managers asked behavioral questions. No offer yet Tip: just get good wifi, because you're going to be video conferencing for hours
