I applied online and received a call within a few weeks received a call from hr did a short phone interview with basic skills/edu/work history questions which determined I was a good candidate for a interview with the local branch manager. I interviewed with her two weeks later and it seemed to go very well. I was told I would hear back with either a job offer or if they decided to go with another candidate but I never heard back either way.

Lengthy, but overall informative. Must be willing to ask questions back during the process to really understand what Regions has to offer as well as what you have to offer Regions. After the initial phone interview it took a while to find a location that worked with my schedule before I was able to do the one on one interview needed.
