Good very straight forward interview which was with the manager of the store. Lasted around 45 minutes and then discussed clothes etc and what makes good customer service and experience
It was a very casual interview, just a quick chat about availability, basic experience, and personality/vibe check. No pressure, easygoing vibe. I was working on the shop floor two days later.
Sat in a backroom with the manager. They asked me about my experience, and didn't have much else to say. I got the impression they thought i was too young right off the bat and didn't fit the 'image' of the store.
