Only a few interviews but they were very involved and let me know where I was throughout the whole process. The internal recruiter I was talking to went on maternity leave for a bit and I was ghosted for two weeks but then someone else gave me a call and reinitiated the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Related in Oct 2021
Interview
Initially speak to HR for a screening call to see if you are a good fit and interested in interviewing. They explain basics about company, expectations, benefits etc. It is a very quick process. Interview with 2-3 people and do a second round interview with the CAO. The initial rounds were done via Zoom or webex

Interview
I was contacted for a phone interview first, and then asked for an in person interview. It was a smooth process overall. Despite not hearing from them for about two months after my last interview, at least they reached out and informed that I did not get the job.
