Had a 30 minute phone screening call with a recruiter ,followed by a call with the manager which was behavior-styled. Was only asked behavior questions. The next rounds included some technical coding rounds and then a final HR round.

The Relativity Space interview process was challenging but fair, with a strong emphasis on systems thinking, embedded/robotics fundamentals, and real-world engineering trade-offs. The team clearly values engineers who can reason across hardware, software, and operations. Communication was mostly good, but the process required patience as several rounds needed rescheduling. If you have deep robotics or autonomy experience, this process is survivable — but you need to prepare thoroughly.
