I had two interviews, both were fairly technical. They were a few days apart, and they were very responsive during the process. They called me back the day of my second interview to send an offer. It was very straightforward.
The first round is a 30 minute phone call. Second round is a longer call that takes place on zoom. Mix of technical questions as well as questions about resume.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Relativity Space (Ann Arbor, MI) in Sept 2023

Brief, 20 minute interview where the interviewer asked questions about the technical projects I have worked on. Offer was extended during the interview with a 2 week window of acceptance.
