I interviewed at Relay Graduate School of Education
Interview
Applied to role online, first round with HR about 10 days later. This was happening during a restructure. Was asked to second round for "homework" assignment. about a month later. Heard about a month later I was not asked to third round. There were consistent lags in feedback and timing was slow. I found it unusual that the homework preceded a meeting with the hiring manager.

Question 1
Do you have experience building a marketing team from 0?
I applied online. I interviewed at Relay Graduate School of Education
Interview
Phone screen (3) performance tasks 4 hour interview with over 8 people from the team. I found some to be friendly, but the manager looked to be multitasking on her computer as we spoke, discussing the performance tasks I spent hours preparing. Not only was this a ridiculous amount of effort asked for the role but after the final interview, weeks went by without an update. I finally emailed a general email address to get information. I felt completely disrespected as a candidate and will never apply for a role with this organization again.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward and easy. I had an initial phone screen, then I was sent a hiring task. The task was supposed to be handed in 72 hours from receipt. I didn't make it to the final interview stage, but I wouldn't complain about the process.
