First and only interview with HR manager was basically "Do you want the work? (yes) When can you start? (now) "We pay X for X number of routes. Is that something you're interested in?" (yes - it's the only answer they like) They copied my license and insurance cards, gave me a badge and company shirts (I had to pay for them, plus a coat). I wouldn't really call it an interview process so much as a brief orientation. They get a lot of turnover and it shows.
