I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Relive (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Jan 2022
Interview
I only had the chance to do the first call which was with the recruiter and then got rejected because I was lacking in research experience. Overall, the experience was great and the recruiter was smiley and made me feel comfortable.
After submission, they were quick to respond. A 30~ minute call with HR person where I was already told there were people in the final stages for the job but would be given the chance if they fell through.
Received an email a few days later with the same design challenge as other reviews on here. A very loose brief and a real world case study seemed a bit odd to me still. Continued through and submitted my work later on. They were fast to progress through to an interview session with a set of designers, all of which very friendly. Progressed into the final stage of culture and management, again seemingly very friendly and were generally positive on my interview. It took two days for them to return a boiler plate email of ‘not enough experience’. Don’t know what is going on with the hiring process of this company as the other interviews for this role show a very similar situation. They are not making it clear on what they want and it gives a bad look to the company. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time with applying for this company anymore.
