Reload Digital Account Manager interview questions

Really bad. You would have thought I was going for a CEO role, not a poorly paid mid level role. Multi stage interview process, with the final stage being a 2.5 hour intense session with the CEO and manager. I had to prepare !!2!! Case studies in advance, and complete a series of questions in 30 mins then present back. I was not offered a job with the main reasons being I didn’t have a relevant enough background or agency experience and my salary expectations were too high (which should have been identified in a much earlier stage before wasting everyone’s time.
