Super easy, met the General Manager, the Director of Sales and Marketing and Human Resources all the first day. The whole process took about 48 hours before I had an offer in hand for the salary requested and a start date that I requested.

The interview process was wonderful. The questions asked were very clear and they answered my all of my questions thoughtfully. Very professional and approachable interviewer. I originally applied for a different position but they suggested a different position based on my answers to their questions which turned out to be a better fit.
