I enjoyed the interview process. While it was a time investment, I felt that the depth and breadth of questions/conversations were appropriate for the business need and role. I enjoyed the challenge. And the excitement from meeting the interview panelists didn't diminish after joining the team! General Process: Initial phone screen with recruiter, followed by 30 minute meeting with the CFO scheduled about a week later. Final step was day-long (9am-3pm) interview to meet 6 individuals, including lunch.
