Whilst the interview process was easy, I felt like I was being penalised for asking reasonable, normal questions about the company and position. There was a sense of irritation because the questions I asked reflected to the hiring manager I was not the right fit. Overall, the way the interview was handled was enough to tell me about the company culture and the way they likely treat their employees.
Impersonal, gruelling application process including a stressful timed assessment through TestGorilla which included a need to submit a video recording right at the end of it. Scored high on the test but never heard back.
