They have a multi-stage process that includes screening, compatibility, skills, core values, and career history. I wasn't able to do any since I was rejected by an email. So I cannot really say much.
The hiring recruiter didn't understand the requirements of the role well. It led to later stage interviews where the full requirements were revealed and a fit was not possible, The interviewers were pleasant and the company has a good business model.
Very fast and clear. Fair questions, great conversations. Overall a smooth process with clarity on both sides. I had overall three interviews and a take home exercise, which was a very interesting part of the process.
