Remote Manager, Sales Development interview questions

For a company with such a robust remote work handbook and global collaboration guidelines, the recruitment process seemed very disorganised. Due to time zone differences, the recruiters have little overlapping availability, which means your first call might not be booked for weeks after they reach out. The recruiter call was ok, pretty standard. But then the conversation with the hiring manager... This person came unprepared (reading my CV on the spot, no specific questions prepared) and genuinely looked like she didn't want to be there at all. I've never felt this unwelcomed in an interview. Needless to say, that's where it all ended. Interesting company, but they need to align better on their hiring practices
