I was not satisfied with the recruitment and interview process. After completing four interview rounds over more than five weeks, including multiple reschedules, the process ended with a generic rejection and no meaningful feedback, despite me explicitly asking for it.
One of the early-morning interviews was particularly unprofessional—no one from the hiring team joined, and I waited for 30 minutes without any communication. This showed a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time.
Additionally, the so-called “bar raiser” interview felt unnecessary and added little value to the assessment.
Overall, the process demanded a significant investment of time and energy from candidates, but this effort was not met with professionalism, transparency, or consideration. The experience left me with a negative impression of how candidates are treated.

Thank you for sharing this feedback — and we’re sorry to hear how disappointing and frustrating this process felt.
We appreciate the significant time and energy you invested across multiple rounds over several weeks, and we recognise that repeated reschedules and a generic rejection without meaningful feedback falls short of the candidate experience we aim to provide.
Thank you again for being candid — your review helps us to see where we should improve the process to make it better for all candidates.
