I had my first interview with a girl of HR department and then the second one was with my supervisor. during the second interview my supervisor discovered that I am more qualified for the account manager role instead of the other one I initially applied. He gave me a general intro about the role and it is totally what I would love to do! So that was a very good impression created for Horizons, I just feel the company cares about each staff and trying to find the most suitable role for us! The third interview was with HR VP, also a very pleasant talk! I felt the communication was just so easy with Horizons and the value was quite matched and after that I just got their offer and also had the chance to talk again with my supervisor before making the decision. In this last talk, I have totally made up my mind to accept Horizons' offer and turn down the other two I had from other companies because the role and the company vision are so matched with what I am looking for!

The first interview was with the recruiter, second one was an assesment, the third interviu with the recruiter for the feedback, the next two interviews were with the department manager and the last with the recruiter and the manager to ask for feedback regarding the recruitment process.
