The process was very transparent and is covered in 3 calls. The first call is to discuss everything the company has to offer, including benefits, salary, culture, etc. This call also covered the role and allowed the applicant to ask any questions about the company, benefits, or role. If the applicant liked what they heard, which I did, then it was on them to schedule the second call to discuss the role in more depth and rank your skills according to each job function. If you pass the skills call and the hiring manager wants to hire you, then you're asking to attend a group interview with the whole company, minus managers, to see if you're a culture fit. The intent with this call is you will receive an offer afterwards, if the team can see themselves working with you.
I appreciated this entire process, especially the group interview getting to meet majority of the team, rather than meeting with a small set of team members. It helps to understand the dynamic of the entire team.
