Initial phone interview followed by in-person meeting with 3 senior leaders of the company. It took 4 weeks to complete based on coordination of schedules. if it were not for the coordination of schedules, it could have taken less time.

Many steps, lengthy process, and unprofessional along the way. HR for standard screening, then hiring manager, then passed off to a panel of two senior leaders, then to the CPO/CTO, then asked for a project of which I declined to do for free. It was at this stage that I was ghosted and never heard from them again.

They asked me to build them a free GTM plan and repeatable playbook they *could* apply immediately to benefit the business.

Interview
Over the course of 2 months I had an initial phone screen followed by 6 online interviews with various department leads, execs and the CEO. They asked me to complete a Kolbe assessment which I did as well.
For 3 weeks after the CEO interview, I heard nothing from them. I politely followed up multiple times with the recruiter and the CEO (hiring manager for this role), asking them to share a timeline for making a decision. Crickets.
Finally the recuiter responded to confirm that they had moved on with other candidates. I have no problem with that decision, but the lack of communication after getting quite far in the process was unprofessional at best.
