Interview
Lobby reception will Ask(are you vaccinated?) if not then will ask for proof before entry. If not vaccinated then one of the employees may interview outside . You may be asked to call the facility while waiting outside so they can transfer you to whom invited you to the Residency for the hiring process.

Very quick and simple. Interviewed with the wellness coordinator. Felt comfortable and was able to ask questions towards the end. Only one question was asked and confirmation that you are able to commit to the position.
