Hello and thank you for taking the time to post your review of the assessment day you attended in July 2017. I'm so sorry to learn that you never received any feedback from the centre. Having joined as a graduate trainee myself I do appreciate that waiting for news can be nerve racking and not getting any response is very frustrating. Your experience falls far short of what we would hope to offer any candidate and I have shared your comments with the team responsible for managing these recruitment centres to ensure there isn't a repeat.
