I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Renault Trucks (Warwick, West Midlands, England) in June 2024
Interview
Fairly standard interview with competency based questions. However, I withdrew myself from the interview process because one of the interviewers asked me ‘could you not have tried harder to make that work?’ when I explained that I left a job because I had a baby and it wasn’t feasible to carry on at that job. I explained this in an email when I withdrew myself from the process and sadly never even had an acknowledgement.
