When I look back at the job description, I found that the interviews were surprisingly easier and less detailed than I had anticipated. I expected a rigorous evaluation process, with challenging questions designed to test my skills thoroughly. However, the interviewers seemed more focused on establishing a rapport and understanding my personality rather than delving into technical specifics. This made the experience quite enjoyable and confusing, as it felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, allowing me to express myself more freely.
