The initial interview for round 1 was by phone. The round 2 interview was in person. The round 3 interview (final interview) is also an in person interview. Very fair and straight forward process.

The company is big on you doing your homework and coming prepared to ask your own questions about the opportunity and company. You should be prepared to ask follow up questions to dig deeper into their company, products and structure.

Interview
I received an phone call from the sales manager and had a short talk. We set up a time/date for an in-person interview for the following week. The interview was with the sales manager and another individual. It lasted about 35 min. The environment was as relaxed as you made it. The guys were great. Very informative and hospitable.
If you were put in a situation where a sale had to be closed and you only were able to speak to one of the homeowners, how would you go about closing the sale?
