I spoke with a recruiter who was very nice and was told my information was going to be given to a hiring manager. I was denied even though I had an impressive sales back round with 10 plus years in customer service. It is disappointing when you are qualified for a job, get rejected and then see the same job post go up a few days later. Do they not want qualified people?

Basic questions. A few scenario questions. Questions like, what was your largest sale, biggest challenge, worst presentation, best team experience, what are your long term goals, No high pressure. Easy going.
