Interview
Just talked to the manager about the needs of the job and my skills and whether they would fit the team and the needs of the team at the time of the interview
A chat with the software lead about my academic experience and what they do in the department. At the end of the interview he went to get the head of department who also popped in for a quick chat too.
A sit down and chat through my CV with the head of the team and then a quick chat with the head of the department and a tour of the office to meet a few other team members
