Panel review with direct supervisor and colleagues. Pretty straightforward, with standard interview questions. Questions included personal, cultural, technical, and background information. This was my first panel interview. I was not told it would be a panel. It was awkward at first, but I hit a roll when I started answering the person who asked the question directly, and made it more conversational than question/answer.
