I applied online. I interviewed at Rep Fitness (Gloucester, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
Interview process was very efficient. Started off with a more informal interview on teams before moving to a final stage in person interview a week later. Final stage was positive experience, with a tour of the facility and meeting current staff. Formal interview process was modern and efficient. Was contacted a week after the final interview to be informed that the position was no longer being recruited into as they were instead focusing on a director role. Very ambitious company with clear growth on the cards, however frustrating to go through the whole interview process only for the job to be pulled. Will keep my eye out on future roles with this company.

Interview
Interview was fast, efficient, to the point and a sensible process. Very 'grown up' discussion and transparent. Win/win for both employee & employer. Certainly recommended based on this process. Ambitious company with a lot of growth potential.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rep Fitness in June 2025
Interview
Directly a 1:1 conversation with the co ceo, who proved young and undisciplined.
He was uninterested, acted bored, and altogether was a waste of time which is radically disrespectful.
Maybe what you'd expect from someone with no real business background, but this can be an exciting brand and yet, acts small.
