I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RepeatMD (New York, NY) in Jan 2025
Interview
7 interviews, Took almost 2 months of my time. I left feeling really confused after every interview, seemed like they did not really know entirely what they were hiring for or wanting, nobody was on the same page. Dodged a massive bullet.
Had a phone screen, then an interview where the only question I asked was “tell me about yourself.” No follow ups about my skills or experience. I didn’t hear back until I followed up myself, which was disappointing.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at RepeatMD (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2025
Interview
They use a third party for recruitment, the agency is based in the UK and they are very unprofessional and unorganized. The agency took four weeks to get back to me, when they finally did, they wanted to schedule me a zoom call with the VP. During this convo, he also told me the salary he quoted me during our initial phone call was no longer available because they’re looking to hire sales rep with software experience. I have a ton of sales experience, just not in software sales. Why schedule me a zoom call if you’re looking for someone with software sales experience? Why would you tell someone they’re under qualified and because of that we have to offer you a lower base salary? This company has shown major red flags.
