Informal telephone interview with HR + formal face to face interview with HR + senior consultant interview + partner interview
I waited for almost a month to get initial telephone interview email. then another week to process to face to face hr interview. then another week to senior interview.
then after 1 hour and 40 mins senior manager interview, this company called "reply" never reply me again. which is very disappointing. i emailed them no body reply, i called the HR, he said "oh hey how r u, i do have some feedback for you and i will call you tmr", and he never call me again.
Interview with Reply is absolutely a REPELLING experience.

Question 1
HR interview: basic background check,CV check, education and working experience check. Strong focus on communication skills, asked me to give a short presentation to teach sth to hr.
Senior interview: I did one with Portal reply, another round basic interview + 5 case exercise
Graduate SWE / Technical Consultant scheme at one of their sub companies with an office in London.
- HR Leadership and then interview with a consultant in the sub company
- Onsite assessment centre
Everyone was friendly, easy coding task, office tour, assessment centre held by consultants similar to your age with a few years exp.
