3 rounds. First round was a phone call, second was a Zoom call with the HR lead, third was group zoom call with company leadership. Everyone I interacted with was nice.

Question 1
What do you think the weaknesses are of the pro life movement?
15 minute screening phone call with Vice President of Staffing, asked basic questions. Didn't go onto next round. Took a month for them to reach out, scheduled the call for the next week and heard back after the interview within 5 days.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ReproAction in July 2021
Interview
The interview process is extensive but very intentional. The person who interviewed me was very kind but a little disorganized. When I was not selected to move forward they were kind enough to suggest another position.
