Applied and one day after got an email to do a one-way interview. Completed that and about a week or so later got an email from a recruiter to do a phone interview. That interview was about 20 minutes and very easy, asked me a few questions, and then described the role. Got offered to go to HQ and do an in person interview.

Recruiter was friendly and informative. The pay for this is role is $17/hr, 4 (10hr) shifts a week either nights or days. Discussed the promotion process for this role typically around 4-6 months.
