Republic Bank (PA) interview questions

Online interview followed by a phone interview about 10 days later. Phone interview was fairly standard. Interviewer asked about previous experience and why I was now looking for a job. They were fairly emphatic that it was 100% in person.

Not much of an interview just contacted me to schedule an interview and never followed up even though I provided my availability and they had multiple ways to contact me.
