Initial phone interview and then a flight out to Phoenix for an in person interview with about 5 different people one at a time. Went through the interview(s) and even had lunch with the hiring manager and a peer. Flew back home the next day and never heard from them again! I tried calling numerous times and nobody would even call me back. No rejection letter, nothing!
