Research Innovationsâ interview process was one of the most unprofessional experiences in the DoD/contracting space. Scheduling was repeatedly mishandled, resulting in multiple wasted hours. After weeks of effort, candidates were expected to interview with nearly ten different people â and two didnât even bother to show up. The process became a total waste of time and demonstrated poor respect for applicants.
At the end of this lengthy process, finalists were told they might be considered for a future opening, but the exact same role was re-listed within a week with downgraded qualifications and lower pay. This kind of treatment undermines trust in the companyâs values and shows little regard for candidatesâ time and effort.
For professionals investing significant energy in interviews, the experience revealed a lack of respect for candidates and weak leadership accountability. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere for employment and caution others before engaging in their interview process.
