Initial screening interview to discuss work experience, motivations for joining ResearchGate, and ask some behavioural type questions. Then there was an assignment that involved sample customer responses, data analysis and problem identification type stuff. Then there was an on site interview. It was about 2-3 months from the time I applied online to my on site interview.
