I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ResearchGate (Berlin) in May 2019
Interview
The process took around a month before an offer was made. I first had a phone interview with the head recruiter, then a Skype Interview with the Sales team lead. Final process was a group panel Interview with HR, Head of Sales and Head of Product.
The communication with HR during the whole process was very clear and friendly, definitely one of the most positive and challenging interview processes I have been apart of in my work life. There was also a personality and IQ test before the face to face interview which was interesting to gain some insight and feedback on my own attributes. The group panel also involved a mock sales call which was good experience and gave a little taste of what the job entailed.
Overall a really enjoyable interviewing experience and happy to be apart of a growing, established company in Berlin with a fulfilling mission and vision.

Thanks so much for your feedback.
We know that some of the interview steps (the personality testing, roleplays and take-home challenges) can be fairly intense and giving feedback and making it an enjoyable experience hopefully makes it a little easier!
