The overall interview process for this position was laid out like this: Recruiter --> Hiring Manager (VP) --> SVP (Hiring Manager boss) --> Peer Interview --> Final Interview with Hiring Manager (VP).
HR Recruiter did a great job of screening and setting expecations of next steps, while remaining polite and professional.
The interview with R!ck, the Hiring Manager (VP) was a disaster. The person was late without any notice, unprepared/hadnt look at resume and screener notes, thought the SVP was joining, rushed the interview without going into the company much, and caused my interview to over run which delayed my interview slot with SVP, pushing to a day. There was NO APOLOGY for this, as a prepared candidate invested in this role.
SVP interview went great, but I had already had a feelig the interview with the hiring manager (VP) mailed this job into a NO. Felt like the hiring manager already had someone lined up.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Resi (TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
I had interviews with managers and the team to make sure I would be a good fit. I think overall there were 3 interviews. 2 one on ones and a third was a series of short interviews with the current team.

Interview
Rick and Bobby were nice guys, but clearly had a million other things on their mind during the interview. There wasn't much structure to it and felt awkward. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond to me after the interview. I followed up, but they didn't care to respond one way or the other.
